•Responsible for leading the Admin and Security function

•Manage facilities and processes related to Housekeeping, Transport, Accommodation, Gardening, Landscaping, Events, Mail Mgmt., Events & Celebrations, CSR events etc.

•Manage Processes, Team members performance, guide and adhere to KPI’s

•Manage Contracts, AMC’s, Licenses , renewals etc. of Admin function

•Promote a culture of improvement and ensure idea generation by team members for reduction of operating costs

•Budget Management – ensure reduction in expenses maintaining the quality of services offered

•Ensure and maintain Property documentation for the location

•Ensure Stakeholders delight and finesse in Admin services

•Scrap process management and ensure disposal of organic waste

•Effective liaison with Govt and Non- Govt bodies and ensuring amicable relations for ensuring smooth operations

•Ensure transparency in working, fairness in dealings while adhering to policies and norms

•Ensure implementation and adherence to rolled out ‘Automation Projects’ and ensure sustenance.

•Lead a team of Officers, Team leaders, contract employees , guide and motivate them for ensure the best of their performance
